Bayshore Drive Byron Bay – Lot 12

Sometimes you can’t help but feel grateful for the opportunity to work with committed and inspiring people.  And that is what this collaboration piece has offered. 

The vision is to create a precinct for positive change, a place of inspiration and innovation, where ‘bright minds do inspirational things to better the planet’.  The Creative Capital Company has the commitment and capacity to see it through, and to ensure this development proposal in Byron reflects the unique and special nature of the Shire.  They have assembled an Advisory Group of nurturing and generous professionals to provide counsel in relation to the establishment and ongoing management of Lot 12.

We worked with an expert team to put together and ‘Expression of Interest’ to Byron Shire Council.  This EIO set out the vision for the site, and includes detailed information in relation to the site objectives, delivery and staging, infrastructure, sustainability, tenure and investment. 

Byron Shire at it meeting of 26th November 2020 confirmed our client, The Creative Capital Company, as its preferred Lot 12 proponent.
