The Project proposed the creation of Community Title live/work precinct, the establishment of a riverside cafe and the retention of a large residue environmental protection area via the NSW State Government BioBanking legislation.
After some 12 years of studies and negotitaions, the rezoning to facilitate this project was gazetted in June 2019.
