Settlers Ridge is a Part 3A subdivision and Biobanking proposal located in the vicinity of Steve Eagleton Drive, South West Rocks. Development of this site was quite complex because of its development history and bitterly fought Land Environment Court appeals. The proposal we recommended was an innovative approach, for its time, to ‘offset’ ecological impact by utilisation of the NSW BioBanking system.
We understand this was the first 3A project to successfully proceed by way for BioBanking offset.
