Advice was given and Development Applications prepared to ensure the proposed additions to the earlier DA for approved dwelling house and construction of an outbuilding were supportive of the Shire Development Control Plans; and enhanced the extensive rehabilitation works already undertaken on the site. This proposal required particular consideration in relation to the flooding constraints of the land, and the existence of littoral rainforest areas, in addition to the requirements of Coastal Protection Planning Policy.
