The primary objective of this proposal was to erect a mixed use development entailing commercial premises on the street frontage and tourist accommodation units at the rear of the site.
The proposal was crafted to meet real demand and foster the orderly and economic development of the village in a manner, fully consistent with the Ballina LEP 2012 whilst mitigating potential adverse impacts, consistent with the zone objectives.
